The fundamental program is designed for people with none or minimal experience. We’ll cover the concepts and the fundamental techniques that every Jiu-Jitsu practitioner should know. ADVANCED
This is the program that will take your Jiu-Jitsu game to the next level! More details, less common situations, in-depth exploration of complex techniques and strategy applied to your game plan. Countless possibilities will be presented as BJJ incorporates techniques from other different grappling styles.
NO-GI
No Gi is the traditional Jiu-Jitsu adapted to the lack of a uniform to grab. You will learn to take down, control, hold, and applpy submissions without the need of a gi. This is a faster grappling modality and will help you increase your stamina and your timing to the application of the techniques.
